Step 1

1. The Screensaver has its own app on the main screen.
There are 4 styles to choose from:
• Image
• Memo
• Clock
• Transparent
Each one has a different use case. Try them all out and see which one works for you.

Step 2/Image

Click on App and select “Screensaver Setting”.
Image is the first style
You can select one or more images to display
• If you choose multiples images, they will cycle every tie your tablet goes to sleep. You do have the option to choose the order
The local folder is ‘Storage/pictures’
• This is where you will upload your files
The ‘cloud’ tab has a nice selection of free images to choose from.
There is a clock display option that is not in real-time, however, you can choose the refresh interval to fast or slow
• BEWARE- this will use up the battery faster
You can choose to add from a list of 100 inspirational quotes using the ‘motto’ option. you can also write in your own text.
• They will cycle every time you put the screen to sleep
The bottom Status bar displays the battery and time on the bottom left which is helpful. The choices in the example image are my preferred settings

Memo

The Memo Style is a note display screen that is linked to the ‘Calendar Memo App’ (Show in the Step 1 picture
In the Calendar Memo App, you have the ability to write handwritten notes for each day. They will display automatically on the corresponding date.
You have the same options for the clock and status bar displays as well as the text color.
These notes seem useful for your planner reminders for events, however, you will have to set it up manually. It would be better if you could sync it to google calendar. (maybe in the next update?)

Clock

The Clock style will display a big digital clock and date on screen. It’s not my favorite display but its another option.
You can choose from two clock styles, Refresh interval, and text color
there are also options to display the status bar and an alarm if set.

Transparent

The Transparent icon can come in handy and be very useful. It will display whatever is on screen when the screen goes to sleep.
you can use it if you will be referencing a note or PDF for a long period of time.
for example, I am an electrician so I will load up a floor plan and do not have to keep unlocking the screen everytime I need to look at the print.
You can choose from 3 Sleep Display icons to show that the screen is locked.
Note – I would only use this feature as needed because you can display vulnerable information by accident if you forget.

Shutdown Image

You can use the Screensaver app to set the shutdown screen as well. This is the image that will be displayed when the tablet is completely shut off.
Select ‘Shutdown image setting’ when you open the app.
You have the option to display ‘power off’ or custom text as well as the text position on screen.
You can choose the zoom method and finally select the image to display.
• The ‘Local’ tab will show a list of all the images on your tablet. this pulls from multiple folder paths.
• I like to create a new folder in the pictures folder on the main storage.
• the ‘Cloud’ tab has free built-in images to choose from. there are over a dozen and have some cool designs.
